Intention
My intention is to open up the unconscious for people and organizations, as well as to accompany them thereby in the more powerful and accelerated unfolding of their potential. Background
Before becoming self-employed in 2008, I worked as a board member, board delegate and managing director, interacted with Fortune 500s, consulting firms and lived in other cultures. Early on, I took on leadership responsibilities, which later, at age 25, included the role of publishing director of the economic newspaper of the largest media company in the country. I also worked as a reorganizer, breaking down outdated ways of doing things and gaining a lot of experience on my international paths.

As ESSENtial, in the sense of the essence of a human being, I consider the personal development, which began early and consciously with me at the age of six with the recognition of human programs. The aspect of being early, also pioneer, accompanies. me in a certain sense my whole life.
